System Testing

Hello,

My name is Doug Chartrand, and I just joined this group.

I work in the IBM Blue Gene system software test area (in Rochester, MN) - and I'm responsible for developing and running tests on our new drivers to help ensure that our systems function properly. I'm interested in if you have any ideas on what types of software we should be running during system development to ensure that we don't have any problems with the drivers that we develop.

Is there anything that you typically run into problems with, that you think that we could avoid during development by running a certain scenario or application? Please let me know here if you have any ideas or suggestions on improving our driver quality!
